Gateway Properties currently manages over 60 units in San Benito, Monterey, Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties. With over 10 years of experience Cara Denny, our property manager, handles the day to day operations of Gateway Properties. She is available 24/7 to deal with any issue that may arise. Our in house Handyman, David, responds to most maintenance requests that are needed. The tenants enjoy working with him because he is pleasant and efficient.
