These are the properties Gateway Properties Renals and Property Management currently have available for lease or rent.  If you are interested in renting one of these, please fill out an online lease application for every adult who will be living in the rental. The application can be found under the Tenant Services tab.  When the applications are filled out, turn them into the office to set up a viewing.  After your viewing and applications are filled out for each adult tenant, it will be automatically forwarded to our property manager for review.  They will contact you within 48 hours once it is received.  There is a $30.00 application fee required after the initial screening process.    If you choose to drive by one of the properties please DO NOT DISTURB THE CURRENT OCCUPANT.
