A $35.00 per adult applicant non-refundable application fee is required to be paid once you have filled out the application and viewed the property . We also require copies of 2 months consecutive pay stubs or the equilvilent per applicant , copy of driver's license, ID or passport and a copy of social security card.
No showings of properties will be granted if an application is not on file with our office. Part of the pre-approval process is being able to follow instructions.
